This is wrong. Double recessive x double het you can get albinos het pied and pieds het albino. Double het x double het makes albino 66% het pied and pied 66% het albino.

The reason you can't see the het pied markers is because the markers even if they are there, are black, albino gets rid of black so there is no markers to see, present or not.
