My local Petco is just about as bad. I've seen four BPs in a (maybe) 20 gallon tank at the wrong temperature and wrong humidity. I've seen BRBs at 40% humidity, yet they hire a "reptile specialist." I've yet to see any special knowledge applicated there and I feel bad for even supporting them by purchasing feed or tanks. Last time I was there I caught a bird that they let loose for them because they were too incompetant to realize that swinging a net at it resulted in it fleeing, whereas I simply walked up to it and put my index finger beneath its breast, it stepped up, and I covered its wings. The majority of the people at these franchise stores, and even at most local petstores, have no idea what they're doing half the time. They just show up for a paycheck.
