I have heard that if it is not humid enough and too dry, they will soak. I would also try lowering the temps a hair to see if that makes it more comfortable and try to rule that out as a possibility.
i have not seen any dots in her water. i am unsure if she is comfortable in her hide. i assumed she was though because she didnt start lounging in her water so much until after she shed, before that she was usually in her hide. this weekend i checked on her throughout the night and she actually does not stay in the water at night. she comes out and moves about the tank, all night almost. she is the only BP in here who stays in her water all day like that, so i dont know if its the room temp.

the humidity is up and down. but i try to keep it around 60. on days when i can come home for lunch i mist a third time. they are in their own room and i am the only one who goes in there so its easy to keep it closed up, problem is its hard to keep the room warm even with the AC vent closed.
