My first thought would be mites. Very important to rule that out first if you can. Then I would take a look at the hides. If they are too big the water dish can often feel like a more secure place to hide in. Also I know you said that you mist twice a day, but what is your humidity at? I have heard that if it is not humid enough and too dry, they will soak. I would also try lowering the temps a hair to see if that makes it more comfortable and try to rule that out as a possibility.
