    Having trouble

Wassup guys, I'm currently having trouble with my het albino eating. I have tried live, freshly killed, frozen thawed. Any suggestions to get him to eat. It's so bad my Het pied that I just got yesterday ate prekilled for me today. Maybe I finally got a picky eater

How long are you waiting between attempts and how do you prepare and pre-scent?

It might give us a few ideas.

It's usually a week apart, and if it's f/t I leave it out. Prekilled I get a live mouse from the pet store and kill it rite before I try to feed

You did not say what age.

It is no big deal to miss a feeding a or two. Adults can go for months without. So no need to get upset if they go on strike. But we hate to see the growing youngsters stop.

With your pre-kill, be sure that you are wafting the air towards the enclosure.
This should ring the dinner bell for him.
If you do this successfully and he's hungry, he will eat.

The one thing I found that you can count on about Balls is that they are consistent about their inconsistentcy.

You can try live gerbils or ASF'S but they may be hard to find. Weigh the snake to see if they have been losing a lot of weight. Good luck.

Deborah has several of there posts around - you can search for them. I can tell you this technique works, I have used it 4 times and all four times the snake has eaten within 14 days (Logan took the longest).
