No problem. Want to make sure he's as healthy as possible. Keep in mind that a heat pad doesn't do much for ambient temperatures, so since the room is a little cold, you could try using a heat lamp. Be aware that those kind of kill humidity. I would grab some digital thermometers that also measure humidity and a temperature gun from Home Depot. You want the humidity between 50-60%. They might also have a lamp dimmer to use to control the heat lamp.
(un)fortunately I am in South Florida so lack humidity is rarely an issue.
