Re: Good places to buy ball pythons.

Biggest thingis ask lots of questions about what your getting ask for multiple picks i like ones with current date plus pics of parents. The other thing is unfortunately there are a few bad apples put there and they will change names profiles and everything about them so do research and ask around fauna boi is good for finding bad guys

Josh at Cape Fear Constrictors is over in Wilmington and works with some nice genetics. Also if You can try to hit the Raleigh or Fayetteville Repticon or Reptiday shows when they come around, I know several of the regulars who attend and they are all great guys.
    Cheers, Jeff

I definitely recommend going to a show or working with a local breeder. You can then see the snakes before you buy, talk to the breeder in person and save on shipping. There are several good breeders in NC that can hook you up. I only have a couple things available right now, but can probably point you in the right direction depending on what you want. Message me either on here or facebook and I will be glad to help you out.

This^^^ I picked mine up at a expo up in K-zoo and you get to actually meet and talk to breeders and hold the actual snake you buy. You can tell the good local breeders and most are very helpful and nice. I would just shy away from the types with a tankfull of normals for 20 bucks sitting in a lawn chair.

I'll go by a few different tiers here.
Well known breeders: Cape fear constrictors, breeder's circle, JKabylka reptiles, Renick Reptiles

Forum members: Dave Green, Deborah, and as some of his animals come available, Eric Allen (his first clutch looked awesome)
