I do not think that is a crap, but the snake may have regurgitated. Could have been cause by stress.

Re: snake crap looks weird
This is a regurgitation.
Tell your friend not to feed for the next 2 weeks.
In the mean time he needs to make sure that the temps are optimum, that the next meal offered is the right size and should not handle the snake for at least 24 hours after a meal.
If it happens again next time, he will need to see a vet and have a fecal done.

Agreed with all except this part, the next meal after a regurge should be half the normal size or even smaller. For a hatchling that means you need a tiny mouse fuzzy or large mouse pinky. Don't feed again for at least 10 days, then offer another half-size feeder. If all goes well offer a full size feeder after ten days, then you can start decreasing the time between feedings.
I wouldn't be handling this baby at all except for spot cleaning and changing water. Also that baby needs to be QT'ed far away from other snakes in case it does have parasites.

Yep, came out the other end.
Was it live or F/T?
What are the temps in the enclosure?
When was it fed before the gurge?
