Deep clean the whole enclosure with 1:10 solution of bleach and hot water. Put the bp on paper towels until the condition resolves.

I use that Eco earth stuff as substrate, and where can I get that mouth cleaning stuff I went to CVS and don't see it in the dental or first aid section

Check your local Reptile classifieds, Or actualy HERP stores can usually order it in for you, simply dilute it down 1:10 ratio, a bottle will last quit some time
