IMO, I wouldn't even cut at all. What about the risks of cutting? You waited 55 days, be cautious and wait a few more until they pip on their own. Banana pieds is a very expensive clutch. At least a potential expensive clutch with the hets. I would wait. Good luck! Eggs look great btw.
