    This Florida room I take it is a non insulated room? If it is not insulated. It going to have to do that or you will never be able to hold consitant temp. What are u going to do when it gets below 60 or colder come the cooler months

    Cooler months are easier. We have heat mats and lamps. We will have a thermostat by then (no heat elements are currently running) and we also have a space heater if that isn't enough. Someone mentioned insulation earlier and that's where I get confused. I'm going to sound stupid, but isn't that to hold heat in and not the cold?

    Hold heat and cold. Ur refrigerator and freezer are full of insulation hence why they stay cold!!!!!! Insulate the room and run a a/c to keepyour temps in the right range. Pretty self explanatory I would think. (Hand in face)

    Sorry I don't know much about it but that makes total sense. I'm gonna get a 'window shaker' that will help a lot
