Question Fell in tank, should I be worried?

    Hello all!!

So we have had fluffy for just over a month now and we couldn't be happier with him. He is extremely friendly and handles great. He has been fed 3 times and took the mouse within a minute of us presenting it to him. He's just an absolute dream.

Thanks to all your help we have the perfect home for him. He has a warm side that sits around 92 degrees and a cool side that sits around 78/79 (the coolest). We have been able to keep the humidity up AND he's had his first successful shed with us. Things have been great, so thank you BP.net!

Anyway tonight fluffy was very active (I have read that thunderstorms can do that) and was traveling around his tank and just adventuring. As I was watching him adventure and clim around he stretched all the way up to the top of his tank (10 inches high) and when he reached the light he fell back and it looked like he hit his head (back of it) on the rock we have in his tank. He then continued adventuring for a little then went back to his hut.
Should I be worried about him hitting his head?
A there anything I should monitor and look out for?
    Thank you!!

If he's moving normally and not doing anything weird I wouldn't worry. They're pretty tough animals.

I agree. My corn snake has fallen in his cage multiple times and as long he is moving normally you have nothing to worry about.

Marble likes to climb on top of her humidity gauge to get to the lid pf her tank and just squish herself up there. But the gauge doesn't stick very well ad she's getting heavier, so more often than not I get up in the morning to find the gauge on the ground and then snake lounging in the branches, which are sturdy wood and hold her much easier than the flimsy adhesive. I can't count the number of times she's fallen off. I just accept that she's a little derpy, and thankfully hardheaded enough to be fine afterwards.

I always thought the guidelines should say "Can't climb well but will persist in trying no matter how often they fall off"

I'd try and make sure they can't land on anything hard or with sharp edges. In tanks with lids that sometimes meant putting rolled up newspaper between the lid and the lip around the tank.
