I've seen a lot of these articles and a lot of the campaign websites to stop the addition of more species and the possible removal of others. From what I've read, the Lacey Act is controlled by a bunch of [jerks] that were rejected as children and were so [upset] about not being allowed a pet in their childhood that they're taking it out on the reptile hobby.

You guys should come over here to the UK, your reptiles won't get banned here.

Someone hasn't been keeping abreast of the new EU rules proposed to prevent invasive species.

It's Europe wide! so if the animals can survive in Greece etc they could be banned in Britain.
