    That bothered me the first time I saw the entire process, but after it was explained to me, it was all good. If you are planning on doing a pre-shed soak, the clear-eyed phase of shedding is the time it will do the most good. During the winter months, I've found that a soak really helps Lorraine have a good shed. During the summer months, here in humid filled NC, it isn't needed.
