Tub locking pins?

Hey everyone,

This may very well seem like a silly question, but does anyone use tub locking pins in their racks? I saw the racks at Reptile Basics had them, but wondered how effective they were.

They're effective but not really necessary in a rack that has been built properly with an appropriately sized snake living in the tub. Honestly, I think they're more effective at calming nervous keepers (or the keepers' significant others).
