    I love the fact that they ask so little... unlike every other creature in my house (boys I love you! But your mother is tired ). All my snakes want is an appropriate enclosure, good temperatures, hydration, and a nice ratsicle (or mousicle in the case of the sand boas) every week or two.

    They're just freaking awesome.

    I actually wrote a blog post on this back in 2012 when we got our first snake... 1, which quickly became 2, when then became 4.

    Now we're up to six, and I keep staring at sunglow BCIs...
