Don't blame you, lots of animals can be really cool as pets and not very promising as far as breeding goes. The sungazers I mentioned only have 1 or 2 babies every other year. Awesome animals, less than ideal breeding. The frilled dragons are also pretty neat, but the holy grail of frilled dragons, the Australian frilled dragon, is hard to find and about 4 times the price of the new guinea variety when you actually find it.
