Didn't read all the posts so if I repeat what has already been said, im sorry. With that being said, The owners of the building can call AC and tell them they feel the animals are being kept in deplorable conditions which would then spark off that whole deal. Also you don't want the ASPCA getting involved as they are one of the major players who advocate AGAINST exotic pet ownership like snakes. So this would probably fuel up your local ASPCA and get them all going. Also you never know people, they could say "omg they can carry diseases like salmonella or pose a health or safety risk to small children" yada yada. That is why I don't openly advertise owning snakes even though I own my own home. Out of sight, out of mind as far as im concerned when it comes to people. Not that you openly advertised the snakes. And I thought a landlord could enter an apt if there was some sort of emergency like your water line broke and it was flooding the apt below or if there is smoke or a fire or some other reason to think there is danger. Regardless it sucks as they have loads of money they can throw at a lawyer who WILL find some loophole. My advice would be start looking for a new place just incase, one that allows snakes. I mean all you got is beepers which are 5' at max. I mean its not like you got boas or retics. Anyways good luck.
