When it comes to some chicken stuff like a maintanence man snooping, I'd make some problems for both my land owners and maintanence guy. Tell your lords o' the land you have some missing valuables after the maintenance man leftEven better, find some more stuff for this jerk to fix. Be over his ass like ugly on ape for every move he makes in your apartment.
