    Not all eggs look smooth and pearly white and it does not mean there is always an issue with them, that is of course if you have perfect humidity.

    I have had this type of "bumpy" eggs just like this in the past hatching fine.

    Now the question is do they candle ok? and what is your humidity?

    To me unless there is an issue with humidity it looks like a calcification issue.
