I would personally go for the albino. They are all great choices, but the head wobble that can come with the spider gene just breaks my heart. Did you end up getting the albino? It seems like you did. Post pics of which ever you decide!

The head wobble is normally very small, and honestly doesn't seem to effect the majority of the snakes that suffer with it, even some of the ones that have it bad. I love the spider gene!

That is good to know. I think I have just seen the worst cases on YouTube. I haven't seen a spider ball in person.

Yeah, the worst case is just that, there is severity of issues as with everything. I personally think that spider is an amazing gene, brings so much into any combo! So recognisable!

Does the head wobble happen only if you breed spider to spider or does every spider born have a wobble to some degree?
I actually just paid for the Queen bee. I know eventually I will have to get an albino as well but will have to wait till next year.

It is in the spider gene, I am unsure if every single one has it, but it is a known trait associated with the spider gene. Don't breed spider to spider, can lead to a fatal mix.

Brother, you just got what you wanted and that is what really matters! Take good care of your new bp and don't dwell on any negatives. Run your program and you always have people here to support you and help out with advice. Stay in peace and not pieces.

Now Im worried. I didnt realize that the head wobble was that prevalent in the spider gene or I would have gone for the albinos.

All spiders have some degree of it....but in MOST spiders it's hardly noticeable. I've got a large, mature female spider and she shows only the barest of signs, and then only if you know what to look for. (She tilts her head a little to the side if you hold her up in the air) I've seen a lot of different spiders in many different places, and none of them had serious wobbling issues. Except in extreme cases, it's really nothing to worry about, and those extreme cases are very rare.
