I've been wondering about this too.
What is the best way to clean water bowls safely?

I just got F10sc (apparently it's back in stock) for disinfecting. Seems like a good product so far.

I use Chlorhexadine also. I use it in water bowls as well. I just spray it down, let it sit a few minutes, then rinse well with hot water.

I buy Chlorhexadine from a local farm feed store. It's comes in the same 16oz bottle that RBI sells but is $1 cheaper and no shipping. Call any farm animal or farm feed stores and ask if they have Chlorhexadine. You can also get it online from places like RBI, Bean Farm, etc.

Hydrogen Peroxide is my choice. Cheap and effective.
