Well if you have a UTH, it should be controlled by a thermostat so it doesn't get to 130. Additionally, 90 is too hot for an ambient temps. They should be between 78-84F.
What I was referring to is even if you do have a UTH, knowing what your ambient temps are more important because your snake can still get an RI if ambient temperatures are low even though belly heat is at the right temp.
