Pastel with pinstripe (not lemonblast though)

If it had pinstripe it would be a lemonblast

No. Pinstripe is a dominant trait, and dorsal striping is not an indicator of a pinstripe gene being present. If she was a pin (and she WOULD be a lemon blast if that were the case), it would be immediately noticable.

Just hopeful thinking for something new I guess. When they are mature enough I'm going to breed her to my pinstripe for the lemonblast. Btw can I get a super pastel with a pastel and a pin? Like would I have to inbreed them to get it?

If you bred the babies back to the pastel, yes you can get a super pastel though it will take you years to get it.

She is very skinny. That is how I got her and I am currently trying to fatten her up as quick as possible. She just ate a meal
