Flexwatt burning on half

he was resting read 90 but the side with bedding on it still, read at 95. Is this hot enough to burn? The thermostat is set at 94. He never goes on that 95 side.

No it is not keep in mind that human body temperature is 98.6 therefore not hot enough to burn anything.

Now as far as providing 95 it's really over killed 92 max is more than enough
