Personally, I offer most of my adults food every week and my hatchlings twice/week. Whether or not they decide to eat every week (most do not) is a different story.

I second this routine, adults once a week ... I offer hatchlings/younger snakes twice a week until they reach 200g, then I switch to offering twice one week then once the following week then twice again the next week and continue this cycle until the are on small rats, then I stick with once a week from then on out. Unless adjustment is needed for some reason. Females always get first chance at any left over feeders
I offer to females and breeding males weekly, though they don't all eat weekly. I also have a few non-breeding adult males (aka pets), they get offered every 10-14 days and even then they don't all eat every time they're offered a feeder.
My lady usually eats every 10-14 as well. Used to offer every week, but after getting so large, she turned them down from time to time. More personal opinion i think.
