I take out the hides but leave in the water bowls. Mist down the females tub before you put them together and put them together when it's supposed to rain that nite or the next day. When she's freshly shed, that's good too. I've never had a male in shed lock, but some do. I've never seen a lock when a females in shed, but some do. Because of that, I personally just don't bother pairing when they're in shed, but it's your call. One lock a month is all you need. Once I get one lock between a male and a female, that male won't see that female again for 3-4 weeks. In the mean time he gets to pene other ladies. More pairing to see more locks than once a month is overkill imo, but others may disagree. If you ever have any questions feel free to shoot me a PM.
