There is more there than just a pastel.
Though I would think a very low enchi if at all.

For sure that looks like an adult Pewter.

Look at them on WOBP. http://www.worldofballpythons.com/morphs/pewter/ Not the baby pictures, scroll through and look at the Marcus Jayne adults.

I believe it may have something else in it, because of the faded head. That is why I thought perhaps a super pastel cinnamon. Pewter is pastel cinnamon, not sure what you call a super pastel cinnamon.

Would not surprise me one bit if it was the Pewter het ghost.

Not a chance. Sorry do not see cinni or black pastel at all. The pattern is way off. Look at the donuts, none of them are complete/floating. Not a single one. The color is also off for a pewter. Head looks like it has rub marks from a rough shed making it look lighter. Enchi is harder because the pictures provided are horrible but there is a faint sign of the classic enchi clover pattern on the head. It could be the pictures throwing us off.

I don't think it's a pewter. I have an adult pewter. He looks nothing like it to me. Pattern is wrong. And color is wrong. Can you send a pic of the belly/sides?

I'm thinking pastel enchi (low expression enchi). I don't see pewter at all.

    What morph is this?

Looks like a flaming Normal to me

It's crazy how nobody can decide what flamin morph it actually is . No wonder many Snake keepers laugh at us Royal lovers with all the 100's of ever so slightly differing colour / patterns so many that WE can't even agree agree on them.

I'm still thinking pewter maybe it's a pewter with another gene that's making it look different then a normal pewter

As someone else with pewters, I have to admit . . . I see no pewter there. I see the pastel gene for sure but in the last two photos, the snake has the look of being in some stage of shed to me. Granted, I could be wrong, but it sure looks that way on this monitor. Pastels look atrocious in shed, so if this guy is indeed in blue, that alone will make ID trickier. If it is, trying to ID it might be easier after it sloughs.
