Many small and growing snakes are able to take a fuzzy rat no problem every 4 days or so, so it's likely less due to the time frame you've offered food and more due to his perceived stress of the move and his new environment. Security and temperatures are most critical, so ensure that both are in line for him (hides not too big, temperatures not too warm, etc). It sounds like you've got these in place, but it never hurts to double check. Here's a good thread with a few suggestions you may find helpful: http://ball-pythons.net/forums/showt...With-Pictures!

Since he's already had a refusal, stretch the every 4 days recommendation out to a week between feedings until he becomes more consistent with you. I'd recommend offering a live fuzzy rat weekly for the next few weeks. If, after 3-4 weeks he hasn't eaten anything in your care, try changing it up to a live hopper mouse weekly and seeing how he does. Even the most finicky little babies tend to go after their hopper mouse candy.
Rat, frozen thawed, he did eat the day after he moved in. Everything is in place as it was sold to me by Global Geckos who are very qualified. Everything is in place as check it every time go into my room. He was fed every week before and that is what I was going to do anyway. I am not willing to feed live food for personal reasons. I'm very sure this is juts a one time thing!
Thanks for all your help, I will let you know if he feeds on Wednesday.
