    Should I be worried?

Is this anything I should be worried about? Her scales are starting to flake a little, like they did just before her belly went pink last shed. Temps and humidity are normal, I just changed her bedding last week, she's on half moss, half aspen.

This is her cage layout. She's on a lamp during the day and an underpad at night.

Her temperament and behaviour is the exact same. She's as calm and as friendly as ever.

Should resolve itself with the next shed, just be sure to bump up the humidity

Thanks!!! With my first girl here, I'm feeling like a momma, I get anxious over the smallest things. I'm hoping that snake mamma nervousness is normal at least

+1 for Snake Momma nervousness! Judging by the number of us out here, I'd wager it's pretty normal.

Thanks Jennabird!! Good to know I'm not the only one.....

Also, unrelated to topic...do balls have some sort of 6th sense where they just KNOW when the cage has just been cleaned and fresh bedding spread out? Because honestly. I just scrubbed it out this past weekend, laid fresh moss and aspen....

And just discovered a lovely ball of poop and urates BURIED in the moss.

LOL I think they do. I cleaned my 75 gal tank this weekend and the next morning I see the exact same mess!
    Cheers, Jeff

Something more to be worried about. She's making these mild huffing sounds. Not all the time, there is no mucus accompanying it, it's just this small squeeking sound every once in awhile. As before, temps and humidity is in the goldilocks zone. Should I fear?
