    Pastel?

I purchased this female in April as a pastel. She turned out to be gravid and laid three eggs in June which just hatched. All three are normal babies (albeit very wild patterning). So did I just have bad luck or is she actually not a pastel?

Not a pastel - looks more like it could be a fire?

    Re: Pastel?

Here is one of the hatchlings. They all have this crazy patterning going on just like Mom. So... keep them as dinkers? Or just rehome them cheap? I repeat... I didn't breed this female, she was bred before I bought her and surprised us with three eggs two months after she came to us.

I'd wait until the hatchlings have had a few sheds first then repost pictures of them and see what people say.

When was this pic taken? Looks like she is glowing thus giving her a fire like appearance. Can you take a current pic of her in natural sunlight? She is most likely a normal.

That picture was taken during lunch in natural sunlight (taken just with my ipad). She weighs 1900g now, was 1100g when I bought her so imagine my surprise when she laid three eggs! She was only 800g after laying
