Mike is my quartermaster, he's allowed to wear whatever he wants. Punishment stands unless pics are provided.
Ps- if punishments are felt to be harsh, it is the captain's duty to at least hear the defense of the accused. If punishment is not seen as fair, then the crew gets to vote and veto the captain of the severity of punishment. History lesson: a pirate ship was ever the only true democracy, everything was voted on including direction and port. The captain's only true executive power came during battle where his orders were final. the captain could be challenged by anyone of the crew at anytime for the captaincy.
