Help!!! Bumble bee or pinstripe?

It depends on a few things

Do you want a pet, do you want to breed?

If you want to breed, do you already have females? As someone who wants to breed you should always start with getting a group of females first as they take longer to get ready.

Now when it comes to genes it's always the more the better except that in this case it's not that great of a Bee, too many spots for me too.

So as you can see it really depends on the plans.

I repectfully disagree. I cannot see that Bee aging well. The Pin, while a common, not super exciting to some morph, has a nice stripe and will age better.

OP, if you want a Bee for breeding, find a "holdback" that has several hundred grams on it that you cannot take your eyes off of, then beg the breeder to sell it to you. Or, get a clean, bright Spider and an awesome Pastel and make some. Sometimes that is what it takes to have tier one stock.

IMO the Pin up there will be a great base for Jigsaws or Kingpins.

That Pin looks like a nicer Pin that that Bee does a Bee, if you get what I am saying. In short: Pin.

I agree that the pin is a better pin than the bee is a bee. As well, I really like kingspins.

Agree'd Id say pin tho simple. that is a dirty bee. Mind you that doesnt stop him from making nice ones! BUT you could easily throw a nice pastel/Super pastel to your's for less then 160!

Basically as that bee ages its most likely going to get really brown and "dirty" looking. As a pet, I actually like big browned out adults. But if you plan to breed it out you want something that better represents the ideal example of the morph(nice light yellow less black spots). The pin shown is definitely a better example.

See how brown that bee is, like along dorsal area? Here is mine for example. See how well she has held her yellow? She also has a pretty clean pattern, not many dots.




I voted for the bee, because I prefer bee to pin. I don't care for pin at all.

I appreciate it I think I am going to go with the pin and will just pick up a pastel at repticon or a super pastel I will only have to wait till august or maybe just 5 more lol
