While the majority of my females will not eat after ovy, I have had a few exceptions that have.

She stopped glowing and is going into shed again for the third time in 3 months. At 2500g it seems likely to me these are breeding related sheds and not growth related. I feel pretty good about this!

Most of our females seem to quit eating shortly before ovulation, but I have had a few keep eating the entire time they were gravid. One female in particular had me completely fooled. I missed her ovy, and she was pounding food so aggressively that I was sure she wasn't gravid. Opened her tub one day to find eggs....

I'm like 80% sure this is what's happening to me right now. Works for me - she'll be up to weight for next year even sooner!
