Do the 54 answers of "yes" to your one "no" tell you anything? If you're not going to provide water bowls you should at least offer water to your snakes weekly - bare minimum. The fellow below, for instance, doesn't use permanent water sources in his enclosures. He DOES, however, water his snakes up to several times a week.
