Candy vs Candino??

When you breed a candino all your offspring will be either het for candy OR het for albino. So you have to keep everything and prove it out, or guess which ones are carrying the more valuable candy gene.

if you already have a large albino project running, this is not a problem. you would NEVER breed a candino to a normal, or to a het candy or to a het albino. you would always breed the candino to an albino. or maybe to another candino, or to a candy.

weird analogy: albino is the ocean, with its waves. candy and candino are the surfers on top. better analogy: imagine you have a lot of male and female ivorys, super yellowbellys. then its just like highway (mixed mutt YB gravel) and super gravel.
