Sounds fine to me...every bp grows at differing rates...id stick with feeding him once every 5-7 days...if you are feeding him twice a week that seems a bit much to me...

The reason we do is becouse wherr we get his food right now dosent sell rats so hes only getting a mouse and we know he needs a bigger meal so till the get their rats in we have been doing twice a week so we know he is eatting enough

Try feeding two mice at a TIME - same feeding - once a week. BHP reptiles apparently did a study feeding corns smaller prey more often and bigger prey less often and got better results in the second. If you can't get bigger prey, you can still give a bigger MEAL.

You've waited thirty minutes to an hour, but have you tried IMMEDIATELY (like as soon as his jaw is back in shape) offering another one?

Pictures of said snake? He can be eating an appropriate sized meal every five days. Something as big around as his widest part, or 10-15% of his body weight. Be that 1 or 2 mice per feeding, do what you need to. They all grow at different rates.
If nothing ever changed, there would be no butterflies.

[IMG][/IMG][IMG][/IMG] horrible pics I know but best I have right now my good camra broke but yes I have tried immediately after weve tried all diffrent types of things and right now the only thing that actually is working is the every friday and tuesday becouse his normal feeding day was friday but like I said we cant get him anything larger other then full size rats that are extremly to large for him so to keep him from being under fed we have been doi g this for the past 2 mabey 3 weeks and he seems to be completly ok with it
