Are you using a heat lamp on top of the tank that is on top of your lid? If so, look for the tinfoil mod on the forum and do that. Along with that get a larger water bowl and place it halfway between the cold and hot side. Let the humidity stabilize and from there move the water bowl closer to the heat for more humidity or to the cold for less. If you reach a level that the humidity will not increase then increase the size of the water bowl so you will have a larger surface area of water.
