    How reliable are the het markers on this morph? I have a butter 66% poss het tri stripe and I definitely see the markers on him. I just need a female!

    I'd love to see how it reacts to black pastel and black platinums - imagine if we could get a 5 stripe tri-stripe. I'd call it the "Strata"

    And totally agree with the idea of a lavender albino, candy, toffee or banana version.

    Thank you all for the nice comments. It's a very exciting, unique project to be working with. I have to agree, just about anything will be really cool. Only if I had more adult girls for him lol... still growing up a bunch from previous years.

    From conversations with others, most of the Hets have markers. I will for sure find out this year for ya if it is true or not

    I've been excited about the tri-stripe even before it was proved out. I saw a pic of the original and just loved him. I haven't been paying attention to how much they cost now though... wonder if it is getting into the range I can afford yet?
