Thanks for your comments. I guess I'll have to get some comparison shots for ya. Its pretty neat in person.

With the huge variation in normals, I'm not sure a comparison shot will tell anything...seems premature to be naming it as a new morph unless you've had other breedings that produced something more obvious...

It's a pretty obvious mutation and looks nothing like a normal. Breeding it to a Pin does hide a lot of things as well. But thanks for your opinion

As stated in post #1, this year the male is breeding a YB girl... So we can finally check that one off the list.

Next year, he will see a Super Mojave and a Superfly. So don't you worry, we will make plenty of new combos for ya and am very excited to see how everything will react to each other.

When something reproduces itself, makes combos, and normals, its genetic

i think many things will become much more clear 10-15 years from now, when hobby breeders can take all these things into scaleless to see it in greater detail. And while scaleless moves along, so will genetic sequencing and genetic testing.

so, one or two decades from now, we will either be looking at scaleless versions to figure out morphs, or we will look at genetic sequences as digital data, or both. probarbly both. im really looking forward to scaleless pinstripe and scaleless spider and scaleless pastel and scaleless black pastel. these pictures will reveal so much.

but the new pictures really make me believe that there may be something going on here, that it may be genetic.

The original male was imported from Africa in 2012. He is one of only about 100 that were hand selected by Brant Rustich (Major League Reptiles) out of 30,000+ imported BPs.

I'm loving the intense white around the black stripes and the flames. The colors are really intense on this guy.

Just because its not a green or obvious morph ball Python doesnt mean it doesn't have something a little extra going on. Fire looks very normal to me
