I'd get the 0.1 Pied and save for a 1.0 Albino morph.... 1.0 Albino Pin, 1.0 Albino Spider- both which can be had for under $500 if you shop around.... Spider less than the Pin ($300 vs $500-ish). Sell your 1.0 Pied PH Albino and up your odds on the DH hit without the need to wait and prove him out as PH Albino.
That way you not only get all 100% DH Albino Pieds, but a little something extra if you hit some odds.
Breedable 0.1 Pieds will not drop in value much.

Re: Piebald breeding investment
I always cringe a little when I hear people talking about the money part of it when getting into breeding. Can money be made..Yes. Will you see a quick and easy profit...No. If everything goes perfect you could get all your money back within a year. on the other hand the female might not lay, eggs could go bad, ect... Also if the cost of the snakes is a stretch then what happens when something goes wrong with either the snakes or with life in general and you need some money? its better to have your financial house in order prior to buying into this hobby then it is to buy into this hobby hoping that it makes you money to get your house in order.
That being said, if your going to do it. I would say the fastest way to get your money back/generate profit would be the breedable pied female. Pieds sell pretty well and that's al you would get. A more fun, but longer route would be a breedable albino female. Odds are you would just get double hets, but you might get lucky and prove out the poss albino on your male. If you got double hets you could raise them up and shoot for the double recessive. Of course an albino het pied would also be ideal, but that might be harder to find and expensive.

guys, maybe i missed something, but do we even know if the OP wants to get into a double recessive albino pied project?
maybe its a male piebald that just happens to also be an unproven possible het albino and the original poster just wants to breed some piebalds and in that case: yes, piebald to piebald will mean that all hatchlings will be visual piebald. one way to make it more interesting would be to get a female 100% het piebald that has interesting extra genes, like maybe a bumble bee het pied. then only half of the clutch will be visual piebald, but you can also get pastel pieds and spider pieds.
and if you really want to go into an albino pied double recessive project, i would try to skip one whole generation and get 100% double het albino pieds. no need to produce a clutch of normal-looking double hets if you dont have to. a clutch of all visual pieds is more fun to hatch and they will be easier to sell.

Re: Piebald breeding investment
sorry for late reply, thanks for all of your replys. We originally bought the male pied as a pet for my GF as she loves them. but now we are getting more and more BP's we are thinking of helping fund the hobby by making a little money with a breeding project. Plus that would be the best feeling to be able to see some little baby BP's that we helped produce
Thanks again all!

Re: Piebald breeding investment
Go and buy 2 adult/sub-adult females:
het Pied - Should produce half a clutch of Pieds/half a clutch of hets (there's your return-investment animals)
het Albino - She will prove out (or not) your male
Those 2 will easily come within your budget (plus, you should have enough $$$ spare to buy at least one more)
Best case scenario would be to produce a female Albino (she would also be het Pied) - Would give you a 1/4 for an AlbinoPied in a few years

I wouldn't place that bet........... could be one, could be none, I have seen a couple clutched laid before an animal proves out.
