What that poster was saying was that the breed as a whole typically has a high prey drive. That's not deeming the whole breed "viscious", it's being realistic. I have owned APBT's as well as EBT's for many years, and yes, they are great dogs, great with kids etc.....but there is no way in hell you'd catch me putting one of my snakes in any of their faces for the sake of photography. To those who can and do do this, that's a risk you are willing to take and that's your prerogative. It is typical of most bull and terrier types to be prey driven. I'd rather not take the risk and find out the hard way with mine.

i dig what ur saying but i don't see a risk i tell my boy to sit i put the snake on him and he doesn't do anything but sit .. in one pic u see i have a snake on my lap n he came over to chill .. i try to keep my dog around my snakes and rats in case on escapes he will not attack it if he sees it .. great example @ the moment i have no rats ready to feed so i went to the store and bought a bunch of mice yesterday .. the tub i put them had a hole in the screen a mouse got out .. my dog was running around trying to get my attention after yelling for him to sit down a couple times and him not listening i went to see what it was . and he had the mouse in the corner just waiting for me
