Are you serious right now? She was giving an example of her size to compare to the size of the snake, since that's all she had. Why are you such a pompous ass?

I will be sure to get some scales so I can get a good weight on her...I was just going by what I was told that the prey shouldn't be bigger than the widest part of the snake & hoppers seemed appropriate...but the fact she eagerly took a second one & still was looking for more I'm thinking perhaps I was being too cautious & she could handle a much larger mouse.

& yes I don't have any good pictures that will give you an idea of her size, the ones I do have [& have already posted on here] make her look much larger than she is. I know that info was kinda lame but I hoped it would give some idea of her size, the fact she fits in the palm of my hand & I'm small...didn't know I would offend anyone with that info lol

I shall do that! I'm a petite 26yr old female & she fits in the palm of my hand...best I can do to give you an idea of size & age...my fiance got her for me.

I will feed her more regular & up the prey size...I'm pleased she has a good appetite tho

I would say you might start feeding every 4 to 5 days till she gets some weight on her.
You can always go to your local Walmart and in the kitchen section they have a couple cheap digital scales.
I would guess your snake is no more than 150 to 200 grams if that of this post.

Don't worry about it, he has been a blemish on this site since he joined. He was just biding his time.

As for your size question. I took this pic specifically for the purpose of showing just how much they can eat. We really don't give them enough credit! This baby already has one of those in his belly. I didn't feed him two, I just put that one in for a size reference. I try to feed prey items that are just slightly thicker than the snake. Hope this helps to ease your worry about prey sizes.
