    In my racks, I don't normally for my adults. The enclosed rack itself acts like a hide. If I have a picky eater, they will get a hide.
    All of my babies will get hides too even if they are in a rack or a stand alone tub. They feel more secure and a secure baby is a baby that is more willing to eat.


    So, established eaters probably don't need it. They may appreciate one though. And for picky eats, its is a must have.
