So what make you guys want hypos?
Their color is what draws me to them I think.

I love their buttery-red coloring and the combos, but what made me choose Jaida (my first boa) was the pic the breeder posted of her when she was for sale as a baby: it was too cute! Here she is back when she was itty!

I was sad I didn't find any hypos at the expo I went to last month.
But I found this boy and I'm so glad, I will for sure post pictures as soon as I get him, I'm naming him Boey (Bo-ee) (:

I have to agree about them having a great personality. My guy is always out watching us work in the snake room.
We feed him every other week and he knows how to work it. Have you ever seen a puppy beg for a treat?
He'll come over the glass, tilt his head a little and follow us back and forth while we feed the others.

My guy was a freebie. I didn't seek him out but I'm glad he found me.

Good luck on finding one. I think you'll be very happy once you do.

I'm guessing he was referring to boas in general vs. balls. Not necessarily hypo vs. any boa.
