    Looks great to me! Are the two bottom shelves for the 41qt tubs flipped sideways?

    How I didn't see your post earlier, I don't know! Sorry!
    I was actually having some feeding issues with the 2 that I'd switched to the 41qt tubs so I put them back in their 28qts for now. The second shelf from the bottom (in this pic) has a substantially smaller tub for my spider jeuvie who was also not liking having so much space. If you look, you can see her tub pushed back over the heat tape.
    This whole setup fits 10 28qts

    All glued wood contains formaldehyde. Seal it in with a non-toxic paint/lacquer to reduce emissions to negligible levels.
    If you use MDF melamine pre-drilling is critical, that stuff splits like crazy otherwise. As is sealing cut edges as it swells more than 3 times in water. Particle board melamine has the same issues to a lesser degree but, the same steps for MDF help with it.

    True, but wouldn't using the iron on melamine edging do the same thing? I don't know, that's why i'm asking.
