    I am sure the comment wasn't made as a snide remark towards Pit Bulls. I, personally, wouldn't want to get bit by any medium/large breed dog - The breed of dog in question just happened to be a Pit Bull.

    Yep I'd rather take a bite from a snake. I've worked worth protection dogs of all types and can tell you the bite of a dog is very powerful even through huge padded suit. We just lost our little pit bull and she was a great little girl!

    Boas certainly DO eat critters other than mammals.
