    Use a warm washcloth, and sorta let him slide through that until it loosens the piece. It will usually come right off after a few minutes.

    Dude,I agree..when mine just went threw shed I felt bad,he looked like he was in pain or uncomfortable,he looked sick. .this whole no emotion or whatever is a bunch of crap,all living creatures I have feelings..
