Mouse bite after feeding question

I'd pick her up and look...they say don't pick up after a snake eats for 2-3 days. Idk why. Stress??? Idk I've picked mine up the next day with no hissing or heavy breathing or striking..so I think it depends on the snake..but also think I have the nicest snake out there. He doesn't have a mean bone is his body...either way,I'd pick him up n look. Just wash your hands before and after handling

Messing with them too much right after they ate can cause them to regurge the meal...That's why you should let them be for 24-48 hours.
