I hate to be 'that guy' but I would choose whichever one you personally like more. Sure, there is a lot of spider stuff out there but it's because it is a dramatic mutation. Have you seen an adult single gene fire? Not impressive to me. They look cool in combos as babies but I really think that in a few seasons when there are more adults around people will realize it's not that cool of a gene. It does some cool pattern stuff though if you get the right one or do the right combo.
In the end, you're only going to have fun with this if you're producing animals that YOU like... so don't choose because people are saying fires are worth more money right now. They are all the same species - don't base your choice on what OTHER people are willing to pay more money for. You may very well end up keeping babies forever if they can't sell or dropping the price to where the spider combos and fire combos are the same. Base your choice on what YOU want to buy for YOUR collection. Breeding should be secondary IMHO.

X100!
I was reading through this thread going or or .
If this is a business decision, then you treat it like a business and go for the best possible return on your investment.
But if this is a personal decision, you go for what your target morph is which you would like to have and not what others would like to buy.
I'm looking at my bumblebee and looking at fire combos and I'm all crazy about my bumblebee. He is top notch the best looking one I have seen including those I've seen in Reptile Shows. Okay, okay, that's a lie. It's the best looking one of the morphs in my price range.
So, another one of my that-makes-me-drool snakes is a white snake. Well, I can go buy it or I can go on a breeding project to produce it. I happen to have a yellowbelly I won from the yearly contest here from Murdoc. So, I might just go on a multi-season project if I can figure out what to do with the non-ivory babies.
But yea, I thought the poll was about what I want to have not what others want to buy from me.

thats not it, no single post is getting at it from that perspective.

if that is the case, OP would not have started a thread with a poll asking for our opinions.

thats your opinion. my opinion is that the massive amount of spiders, bees and spinners often make me wonder: what would that look like without spider in it?

super fire! super fire! super fire!

noone talked about that, and if you think that was what my post is about: no it isnt. nowhere did i mention price. i just see so many spinners, bees, honeybees, lesser bees, humble bees, stinger bees, enchi killerbees, queen bees, caliders, spider double-het XY, and spieds that im slowly getting sick of it, thats all Its like when you hear a new song and you think: "oh, that sounds really great". and then every radio station everywhere puts the song on intensive rotation, and over an extended period of time they just play it to death. And when you hear it then, you are like "Just give me something else, not that again for the 10^10th time".

Most definitely!!! Any breeding project for any animal is to make better animals for yourself and sell off the non holdbacks to further your hobby.
If you're not doing it for that reason, it's not worth doing.
Look at what YOU personally want to own.

Bumblebees all the way! Fires are nice, but the bright colors on a bee are amazing! Good luck, tough choice!

That's what a poll is for... getting people's opinions. And my opinion is... seems like everyone has that whatever-bee morp that I find so freaking awesome except me! Gotta have it!
But even on the songs on the radio, there's one I really like and then it starts getting played out over and over and over. But there's a reason I like that song and it never gets played out enough for me. Demons by Imagine Dragons is one of those songs. I can play that song 24/7 without getting tired of it. Now, that song Blurred Lines... it sounded cool at first and then it gets played out over and over and over on the radio and I realized I don't like that song after all.
Other songs I have on my small playlist that gets played over and over and over and I've been listening to these for decades! Firesign by Skid Row, You're The Voice by Heart, Under Pressure by Queen, Rio by Duranduran... this is how I feel about the bumblebee.

You don't have any snakes, I really don't think you're opinion is pertinent here.
Anyway, it is up to you OP. I like my fire spider idea, if you're into making what you want.
Choose what jumps out at you though.
